Secret Prayer Partners
Secret Prayer Partner Ministry is open to all members of Mount Zion who choose to participate.
Applications are submitted in February every year (available in the Narthex). It is very important that your partner does not find out who you are. Be creative!! Disguise your handwriting, mail cards and notes from different locations and keep your SPP guessing!
Each participant will be assigned a name (SPP) by the end of February. Throughout the year, you are requested to pray for your SPP and give him/her small gifts and cards; especially for birthdays, Christmas and other special occasions.
There is a basket on a table in the Narthex to place your gifts and cards. Be sure to have the recipients name visable.
We have an average of 30 people participate every year and hope to keep this growing!
